Her path to the NFL spotlight was paved not by chance, but by design. After moving to Cincinnati for her career with GE Aerospace, Wanosky saw an opportunity to reignite a lifelong passion. A graduate of West Virginia University, she earned dual bachelor's degrees in Journalism and Dance, all while competing at a national level with the WVU Dance Team. "That period of my life was the ultimate training ground," she states. "It taught me that whether you're preparing for a national championship, a critical business presentation, or a halftime performance, the core principles are the same: preparation, teamwork, and execution." This mindset transforms what many would see as an overwhelming challenge into a manageable, albeit busy, reality.

The synergy between her two worlds became beautifully apparent when her GE Aerospace colleagues discovered her new role. In a memorable show of support, her team surprised her by opening a virtual meeting with the iconic riff of "Welcome to the Jungle," the Bengals' rallying cry. "That was such a fantastic gesture. It showed me that they see me as a whole person, not just an employee," she says. That support was visible in the stands during her first preseason game, where colleagues cheered her on. This welcoming atmosphere has been instrumental in her transition to a new city, making Cincinnati feel like home both on and off the field.

Her role at GE Aerospace, which offers a panoramic view of the company's operations, complements her new journey. "Managing the communications calendar is like having a front-row seat to the entire mission of GE Aerospace. I'm constantly learning, and that mindset of continuous growth directly translates to my work with the Ben-Gals," she notes.

As the Bengals charge through the season, Wanosky is poised to enjoy every moment of the ride. She is a testament to the idea that a fulfilling career doesn't require sacrificing personal passions; instead, they can fuel one another, creating a dynamic and powerful whole.
