The GE Fanuc IC694MDL930D is an eight-channel relay output module for industrial PLC systems. It is associated with the PACSystems RX3i family and is designed to provide an interface between PLC logic and external field devices.

Unlike a standard transistor output, the relay design allows the module to switch both AC and DC loads within its specified operating range. The eight outputs are individually isolated, which makes the IC694MDL930D a flexible choice for mixed-voltage control panels.

Output Configuration

The module contains eight individually isolated normally open relay outputs. Each channel has its own relay contact and can be connected to an appropriate external field circuit.

The output response time is specified at a maximum of 15 ms for both switching on and off. Therefore, it is well suited to general-purpose discrete control where relay switching characteristics are acceptable.
